From May-ish towards the end of October, they provide farm-fresh morning meal during the “Carriage House Kitchen”, a re-purposed farm building they now use as a restaurant. Driving out to the farm, I became a little worried about getting lost into the expanse that is empty of farmland. The turn-off is saved among corn fields and grazing cows. I finally discovered it and drove up toward the farm home. There were sheep and chickens in nearby pencils, therefore the destination had been quietly alive. In under a fifteen-minute drive from Logan, I felt like We had found a completely new world.
At GGG Farm, they raise a few sets of animals. As an inexperienced city-dweller, I didn’t even know there were different types of sheep, not to mention types with such variable backgrounds and uses. Both Navajo-Churro is raised by them and Barbados sheep. Their Navajo-Churro sheep are utilized mainly for meat, nevertheless they offer exemplary w l t .
